What is the baseline stiffness? How does the muscle/tendon unit stiffness relate to the FmaxTendonStrain and FmaxMuscleStrain paramenters in an osim model?

As demonstrated in the tutorials, I have been running models in the GUI by opening an osim file, loading a motion file, and running CMC. Is there a way to automate this with BOPS?
