Would you be able to post the geometry files for this model? (Some of the geometry files are new & not included in the Catelli model's geometry folder; specifically: tib_plat.vtp & fem_cond.vtp)
Thanks!

Thanks Nick!
(Sorry I worded my second question poorly, but you answered it for me!)
Thanks again,
Katie

Re: Torque-Driven Marker Tracking Problem
A couple follow up questions related to this (and the single leg squat to stand example): For adding coordinate actuators to joints: The example's addCoordinateActuator() function has actu.setMinControl(-1) and actu.setMaxControl(1). Do these just mean "on" in the flexion and extension directions? S...

Re: Torque-Driven Marker Tracking Problem
Hi Nick,
Thanks so much for the quick reply! Very helpful!
I'll follow up if I have more trouble, but doing the "squat" instead of "sit" and switching to welds seems to be helping so far (I had HUGE objective function values before)
Thank you!
Katie

Torque-Driven Marker Tracking Problem
Hi all, I'm working on a project that's similar to the example3DWalking (marker tracking example), but I'm looking to track a sit-to-stand motion. I'm working with a modified version of the Caruthers 2016 model for STS, and I've been able to produce IK/ID results with my model in OpenSim, but haven'...

Scale Tool with Caruthers 2016 Full Body Model
Hello, I'm trying to scale the Caruthers 2016 Full Body (https://simtk.org/projects/osufullbody_sts) to a subject's static cal data, and I keep getting a java exception (snip attached) when I try running the Scale Tool in 3.3 with this model. Would anyone be able to explain how to interpret this err...

Re: Scale Tool Stalling / Java Exception
Hi Ayman, This worked! I found the constraint that is getting violated when I try to scale. A weld constraint in my model is violated when I try to scale because the location of the weld is not scaling with the bodies. I tried scaling the location of the weld by the same factor that I am scaling the...

Scale Tool Stalling / Java Exception
Hello, I am attempting to scale a model (based on Caruthers full body model 2016), and I'm having some issues with the scale tool stalling and OpenSim keeps giving me an "unexpected exception." There is a snip attached of the settings that I'm using in the scale tool, as well as the "exception" popu...
