Re: Muscle contribution to joint contact force
Thank you so much for your response. I will definitely go through this article.
Incase of this plugin do share your experience hr.
One more thing, when you find muscle forces through CEINMS one of the output.sto file is the muscle contribution that might be helpful i guess.
Thanks again

Re: Muscle contribution to joint contact force
Hi,
I have a similar query too.
My second question is :
Can the knee joint contact force estimated through JRA be considered as the total knee joint load (since its the total reaction load at the joint)?
Thank you
Regards
Zakia

Just for the information of anyone who has a similar query.
Editing .sto/.mot files in Notepad++ instead of Excel, fixed this issue for me.

Re: Editing .sto file in Excel
Hi Sebastian Thanks for responding. I tried both of your suggestions but unfortunately, none seemed to work  I observed the size of the .sto file gets reduced even if i undo my edit. So once edited, the file doesn't remain the same even if you undo all changes you had made. Any more suggestions...

Thanks Ayman.
The problem indeed gets solved by running MATLAB as an administrator and then running the configureopensim.m file in MATLAB.
