Thank you sooo much!
This has actually been a life saver. I have tried it on mine and got the same results as you.
Thank you!

Re: Inverse Dynamics Using a single force plate
Hi Mohammadreza, Thank for you reply, I have tried in the stance phase however this is also not working. I have shared my model and all the required data here. The original data was received in a matlab structure. I created trc and mot files from this structure. The original model is scaled from one...

Re: Inverse Dynamics Using a single force plate
Hi Mohammadreza, Thank you for your reply. I have a feeling it is something to do with the application but I have the exact same settings as in the link you attached and I am using the same model I have for other simulations which have worked. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated as I am st...

Inverse Dynamics Using a single force plate
HI there, I am currently struggling with my inverse dynamics process using a typical able-bodied model. I have force plate data for only one force plate and marker data for a full stride. My inverse kinematics are complete and look to be correct. I have checked all of my units and made sure they are...

screen resolution too low for gui
Hi there,
I am struggling as when I run the code to launch the gui, it pops up with the top half cut off.
I think this is because my screen resolution is too low. I cannot find anything in the code to help me resize the gui.
Please can you help with this problem?
Thank you!
Caitlin

change in walking direction affects inverse kinematics
hi everyone, I am struggling with an issue with my inverse kinematics. I have a dataset of c3d files which I have converted to trc and mot files. I have ensured the global rotations have been performed to match the coordinate systems during the conversion. However, when I perform inverse kinematics,...

Re: Predict prosthetic knee torque required
Hi Nick, Thanks so much for your reply! Yes the device will be passive. I agree inverse would be the simplest approach, however I don't have experimental gait data of amputee gait, only able-bodied. As such I was worried when doing inverse dynamics the effects of a passive prosthetic foot vs able-bo...

Predict prosthetic knee torque required
Hi everyone, I am tyring to predict the torque my prosthetic knee design will require to replicate able bodied kinematics. I wish to ensure the hip torque is the same as able-bodied and reach the same able-bodied kinematics. So I have my hip torque to apply to segment model, I have the kinematics I ...

Removing a body from the model
Hi there, I was just wondering whether it was possible to remove a body from a generic model using API on matlab. I wish to remove the calcaneus, talus and toes and replace with a prosthetic foot. Is there a function to achieve this on matlab, I can only find API suggestions on adding a body. Many t...

Removing a body from the model
Hi there, I hope you are well. I am looking to change the foot bodies out and replace them with a singular prosthetic foot. However, I cannot seem to find a function on matlab API to remove a body, only to add or edit. Is it possible to delete a body from the model before adding a different one back...
