Re: Rectus Femoris Muscle
Good morning, Dr. Rezaie, Thank you very much for answering my questions. I will greatly appreciate if you clarify a few things for me please see below. Figure 1: I have a few questions to help me understand this Figure. 1- Does the zero angle in this Fig correspond to the leg fully extended. 2- Doe...

Re: Rectus Femoris Muscle
Hello Dr. Rezaie, Thank you so much for your response. My task is simply an isometric contraction with ground reaction force that looks like the pervious figure attached .I notices that when the external ground force is zero and there is still some force in the muscle is that excepted? the task is i...

Rectus Femoris Muscle
Good day, I ran simulation of static optimization force as shown in the attached. I noticed that by comparing all muscle contraction I see the pink color (vastus lateralis) has higher value Approx. 75 Newton with smaller muscle and the red color (rectus femoris) has lower value Approx. 25 Newton wit...

How To calcualte the moment and torque for leg
Hello,
Could you please let me know if there is a way to calculate the torque and also, the moment for knee?
Thank you

Plots
Hello, I have quick question about the plots I have generated by running simulation of the static optimization, RRA, CMC for muscle activation in the following RF, VM, VI, and VL. Should the results be matching the ground reaction force data given in the plots. Is that correct ? I would like to make...

Time range to process
Good day,
I am simulation for Static optimization and computed muscle control. Can I change the time range to process shown in OpenSim should from such as 0.5 to 2.5 second to 0.0 to 45.0 second? because the experimental data start from 0 to 45.0 second. Please help.
Thanks so much.

What Static Optimization and CMC curves should look like?
Good day,
I have question about the plots of the Static Optimization and the Computed Muscle Control. did the curves they should look a like? after running the simulation of the OS and CMC. If you any input please advise. Thanks a lot.
