Hi Mohammad,
I created a model of two cylinders using polydata. When I try to mesh it I get an error from the mesher stating that it can't mesh a model with two regions (i.e. disjoint geometry).
How are you creating the cylinders? Are you importing them?
Cheers,
Dave

Re: bug report
Hi Derong, You can file a bug report on the SimVascular GitHub repository https://github.com/SimVascular/SimVascular under the 'Issues' tag at the top of the page. Please include the operating system version and any information that will help us reproduce the bug (e.g. error messages, screen shots, ...

Re: Meshing a model with two separate parts
Hi Mohammad,
I believe the mesh generator assumes a model with a single connected closed surface. Do you get an error message when you try to mesh the model containing two cylinders?
Cheers,
Dave

Hi Casey,
You might could try removing the directories in ~/Library/Application Support/SimVascular.

Re: Solution: Create data files wrong
Hi Peter, What version of SimVascular are you using? There was a bug in the meshing plugin that was causing it to generate only surface meshes for both the fluid and solid regions. The latest version of SimVascular has a fix for this problem. Please install it and let me know if that solves your pro...

Re: svFSI error
Hi D. Rast, The error you are getting means that the mesh file you created is not valid: nsd = number of space dimensions, eNoN = the number of nodes per element. If you visualize the cylinder-mesh-complete_domain-1/mesh-complete.mesh.vtu file you will see that it is not a volume mesh. There is a bu...

Hi Jemp, For the Max OSX we will build a new installer that you can download, we should have that built early next week. For the Windows OpenGL problem, not sure what is going on, wondering if that computer has an older graphics card that does not support the newer OpenGL? Even though that computer ...
