Thank you for pointing this out! We have repaired the issue, so the links from the GUI should be working now. Please let us know if issues remain.

Under Admin -> Tools, if I choose to enable/disable an item, does that just make it go away, along with any associated content? Or does it just hide the item from the project menu?

Hi, As of OpenSim 3.1, there are function and expression based bushing forces included in the main OpenSim distribution, so you probably don't need to use the plug-in.
