Hi, who ever done the simulation of upper extermity, i am confused at the marker location of upper extremity, anyone can help me, please!

i have look through the direction of OS and CMC,but it all suggests to compare my results with the sEMG singal. Are there any other use of sEMG signal, do i have convert sEMG signal so that it can use in Opensim? thanks a lot!
