Muscle-tendon length VS normalized fiber length
Dear Opensim support, for my thesis project I have to compare the differences in the length of the muscles of children with CP and in the control group. I have scaled the model, loaded the motion and performed the Analyze tool. I want to study the muscle-tendon length but I don't know how to normali...

Re: Xsens-opensense angle error
Thank you very much for your reply!!! :D I have tried to add some DoF to knee by using the model "ModelWithKneeLigaments" found in Opensim. The IMU Placer was performed correctly but when I tried to use the IMU IK this error occured. How can i solve this problem? This is what I have written in Notep...

Xsens-opensense angle error
Dear Opensim support, For my thesis project I have to study the angles and the muscle length in Opensim by using Xsens sensors. I would like to have some clarification about Opensense. Until now I have written a code in Matlab to obtain the .sto file from the quaternions of the sensor (Xsens already...

IMU placer: change imu position
Dear Opensim support, I'm working with Opensense and I want to know if it is possible to change the position of the IMUs respect to the body segment and to have more IMUs associeated to the same body segment (for example an IMU on the sholder and another on T8, both associated to the "torso"). Thank...

Error during scaling. Step 3: placing marker on the model
Good morning, I have created a new model and a new .xml file to perform the scaling, taking as reference the ones given. The .xml file is loaded correctly and the scale factors are computed but the execution suddendly stops. The following error occures: Step 3: Placing markers on model and the "exec...

error walking/running simulation
Hello, I've downloaded the model with simulations of "Full Body Model for use in Dynamic Simulations of Human Gait" but I can't run the "runAll.m" file in Matlab because the following error occures: Error using makeSimulation>makeSimulation_walk Java exception occurred: java.io.IOException: Body pel...

full body model
Good morning, for my thesis project I have to study the muscle activation during rowing and so I need a full body model (with muscles also on the trunk and on the upper limbs), is it possible to have one already set up (for example the model produced by the project "The Build-up and Validation of a ...
