Re: RRA

we only have two force plates. During the collection process, it is impossible to ensure that the left and right feet are fully stepped on the two force plates. These explain why the model drops. When using RRA, always check the residual forces/moments as well as the kinematics errors. Please see: ...

Re: RRA

Hi, RRA works well when all externalfo rces exist and are applied to the model. If this is a walking task, three force plates must be assigned (one to the left leg and two to the right leg in your case). Is this condition satisfied? It is indeed a walking task. Unfortunately, we only have two force...

RRA

Hello teachers, I am having some problems running RRA. I used the gait2354 model. Refer to the Visual3D to OpenSim_4_0 file. Runs RRA directly after running scale. But I found some issues after running the RRA (as shown in the picture), the scaling model was fine in the left support phase, but dropp...

Re: Manual scaling and computation of segment scaling factors

Dear Nastaran,
Why does it have to be in the same frame, isn't the segment length fixed?

Re: manual scaling tool

Dear Nastaran, Do you define your own marker set, or do you use an existing one? If you use the 2354 model, do you use the 2354 model marker set on the official website, or a set of your own laboratory? If it is defined by yourself, how to ensure the accuracy of placement on the 2354 model when crea...

Re: Visual3d_SIMM_grf.xml

Dear Mohammadreza Rezaie, Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to answer my questions.I understand your meaning. But now I have a new problem, if I don't want to use V3D to export motion files, want to use Matlab, how to write code? Where can I learn a tutorial or is it conv...

Visual3d_SIMM_grf.xml

Hello everyone, I wonder if anyone has exported the OPensim file with Visual3D, the file I exported only has.mot, not.xml, and the two exported files have no content, I don't know what went wrong, I hope someone who has done it can help me, thank you! The second picture is the result I exported by m...

How to calculate the manual scaling factors

Hello experts, How to calculate the manual scaling factors? I saw this on the Opensim website, but could not find the utility they used. Does anybody know what this is? Or do you have another way to calculate the manual scaling factor? Can you share? I would be very grateful if you could help me. I ...

Re: manual scaling tool

Hello, have you solved your problem? I also want to calculate the scale factor manually, but don't know how to do it? I tried to use the distance between the two markers as the length of the segment, but there was a problem with whether my markers had to be the same as the subjects. But I can't make...

Re: Manual scaling and computation of segment scaling factors

What I understand is to calculate the distance between the two marks in the same set of marks as the segment length to calculate the scaling factor, right?
