Re: Restart a simulation

Hi David, You're right, it's not necessary to specify Starting time step, the default value is 0 that is the current time. Thanks! In relation with the number of nodes, I realized that this number is constantly changing between time steps, because are the nodes in which the cellular activation model...

Re: Restart a simulation

Hi David, The solver is svFSI. Yes, it has the same number of processors. I had an error with the number of processors before because I changed it, but I solved that issue maintaining the same number. In this case is related with the number of nodes. I just have tried to restart the simulation, with...

Restart a simulation

Hi, I want to restart a simulation at a particular time step, but I obtain the following error message after trying to initialize "stFile_last.bin": "[31mERROR: Number of nodes <2207> does not match with Bechmark-CM-50mV/stFile_last.bin <2135>[0m" I'm going to explain the steps I did: Firstly, I run...

Re: Error simulating displacement

Yes, I'm sorry, there was a mismatch between the faces names and the boundary conditions. I have fixed it and now is correctly attached on Drive (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1okwJ6O0xJRpkCdARhaP3bCUizn-LVIwm?usp=drive_link). I run the problem again and the result can be seen below in the ...

Error simulating displacement

Hi, I'm trying to apply displacement conditions to a simple solid model. Specifically, I am applying displacement in X and Y directions through setting the values in that faces by Dirichlet conditions and in whose opposite faces I restrict the movement imposing values 0.0 using Dirichlet conditions ...

Apply displacement on a solid model

Hi, I want to do a simulation using the NeoHookean material model on a rectangular solid model, where I impose a certain displacement on two of its faces. I attach a screenshot of the input file, where I have imposed the Dirichlet boundary condition on the two faces where I want to apply the displac...

Electrophysiology modeling

Hi, This is a simply question, but I want to have it clear for simulation. Anyone knows what are the units of these values of the input file while simulating electrophysiology? They are in Siemens/milimeter or Siemens/meter (or in some other unit?) (I attach the picture) Thank you! Best regards. Lui...
