I have never used the Inverse Dynamics tool, which leads me to couple of questions. If I put in my Inverse Kinematics Results as well as the ground reaction forces, what is the output? What could be possible results and how could those be analyzed?

Hi, I struggle with scaling my model because I don't understand the coordinate system in OpenSim. In consequence, my trc data of the model in a static position won't match the coordinates OpenSim, which makes my model look quite weird. I know the x/y/z directions, but I am not sure about the values....
