Re: Output GRF files from ID do not contain moments
Hi Nicholas, I was wondering if you have any insights or suggestions on what to do about this? Do you know if it is successfully using the moments in ID given the outputs? If it has to do with the format of my input file I can try different formatting. Also, is there any way to get the calculated jo...

Limb Center of Mass during subject scaling
Hello, I was wondering whether AddBiomechanics takes into account limb center of mass position in the subject model during subject scaling. I have noticed that in limb local coordinates, the position coordinates of the COM do not change between the unscaled model and the scaled model. For example, t...

Re: Output GRF files from ID do not contain moments
Hi Nicholas,
The original GRF file is too large but I have attached an example portion. All the data is structured the same way.
Thanks,
Duncan

Re: Output GRF files from ID do not contain moments
Hi Nicholas,
In the ID output GRF file I am getting, the GRFs and COPs are populated but the moment columns are not. I have attached an example file.
Thanks,
Duncan

Output GRF files from ID do not contain moments
Hello,
I noticed that when I look at the ground reaction force output files from inverse dynamics they do not contain moments, even though my input files do. Does this mean that AddBiomechanics is not using the moments for inverse dynamics?

Problem loading TRC
Hello,
I am having a problem trying to run IK in OpenSim 4.5. The error is: "Number of workunits cannot be negative." How can I correct that?
Thank you,
Duncan Lee

Force Inverse Kinematics to be in Radians
Hello, I was wondering if there is anyway to force IK in OpenSim to be in radians? Right now it is in degrees and I'm not sure how to change it. Also there seems to be a bug in which the GUI does not recognize files. I have encountered this when trying to run ID. In the save path box, the location p...

Re: Subject Processing for extended periods
Hi Nicholas, Yes, all the other jobs completed without issue, and I currently have 2 that I'm trying to process that have been stuck in the Processing phase for several days. The progress status says processing on my end, so they passed the queue but seem to be stuck. Is there any way to check jobs ...
