Re: Regarding uploading DICOM images in SimVascular

Hi Mudrika, In interpretation when refereing to 'multiple imaging studies' means different scans or series that are captured at different times or under different conditions, such as different phases of a heart cycle (diastole/systole) or different imaging protocols. For example, one CT scan might c...

Re: Clarification on Boundary Conditions in SimVascular

Hi Melton, You are correct in your understanding that prescribing flow rates at both the inlet and outlets in hemodynamic simulations can lead to issues, especially regarding pressure distribution. In cardiovascular systems, blood flow is indeed primarily pressure-driven, and the pressure gradient a...

Update: I performed rm -rf $HOME/Library/Application Support/SimVa...

Re: Fail on MPI configuration on Mac

Hi, I was facing the same issue on my MacOS Sonoma Version 14.1.2 (23B92) and I couldn't "Create Data Files for Simulation" either with or without MPI option selected. Since I didn't manage to find a fix,I decided to go back to SimVascular 2022.07.20 and keep the same svSolver version 2022.07. It wo...
