Hi Rufaida!
I'm a BTS customer too.
You need to open the marker protocol you use from tracker application and change the name to reflect the marker's name in Opensim.
You can contact me in private if you need any help

Re: Scaling Issues on new version
Hi Amy. Seems that you have a similar trouble described here... https://simtk.org/plugins/phpBB/viewtopicPhpbb.php?f=91&t=9685&p=0&start=0&view=&sid=b263e44391fb671af284ca7ff1f99952 in Christopher Dembia answer. If you open example models from Opesnim 4.0 they works... but if you import "old" model ...

Phyton Script and PLOT
I "created" a script based on the example in the opensim folder. There's any guide/manual where to find tutorial or example that permit to scale charted data into the PLOT ? I would like to rescale the "x axis" for an interval for example from time=2.5sec to time=3.5sec and to manual scale the Y axi...

Re: Paper model definition... some help and is it available ?
Hi James.
Thank you for your reply.
I will try to contact also the author.
I did post here because I think lot of people can be interested about the model and my "question" and can contribute to that.
Thank you
Andrea

Paper model definition... some help and is it available ?
I was reading the paper "Elevated gastrocnemius forces compensate for decreased hamstrings forces during the weight-acceptance phase of single-leg jump landing: implications for anterior cruciate ligament injury risk" from Kristin D. Morgan, Cyril J. Donnelly, Jeffrey A. Reinbolt (very nice and inte...

GRF application...
Sorry for the silly question... I see lot of example where the GRF during walking and running are applied to the calcaneus.... In a simulation where I run on the "toe" for example barefoot, without heel strike or in a jump done without the heel on the ground I should apply the force to the calcareou...

Re: Publicly available example
Hi! I try to download the model but I have an error both on Opensim 3.3 and 4.0.... "MovingPathPoint:: Components of the same path point must depend on same the coordinate. Condition: x_coordinate == y_coordinate == z_coordinate FAILED." Is someone able to find where the code is wrong ? Thank you An...

Static Optimization during a squat jump
Good morning. I'm doing an analysis on a squat jump (countermovement). I did scaling, IK, RRA, ID and CMC and now performing SO. I use model 2392 (added 2 DOF at the knee with knee adduction and rotation). All seems work fine but during SO I have this results time = 8.771 Performance =2910.08 Constr...

Re: problem with scaling
Hi! Did you try to import the trc data with the preview into opensim? Seems that experimental data orientation axis is different than the model axis.

Re: RRA analisys in a lateral drop jump
I did transformed the data (Yes, I did a mistake for the lateral drop jump not rotating the experimental data with model reference) in this manner the pelvis rotation is correct. I did rotated also the GRF. Repetaed the IK for noth right and left lateral drop jump but the RRA results is still high i...
