Anyone resolved this issue?
I have the same thing with my model and at least as far as I can see, no jumps in the data...

Re: IK error in Matlab API
I actually have a similar issue, but not through Matlab API: At Opensim 3.0, after I seemed to get a reasonable scaled version of a model, once I start running IK, I get the following: Running tool . Loaded marker file X:\RG\Lester\20130111\Vicon_template\RG\Lester\Trial2.trc (30 markers, 26040 fram...

Re: Mac OS version?
I think we need this info for the latest Mac OS Xs for opens 3.0 (and simbody 3.0 part).

Building Simbody3.0 for Opensim 3.0 on MacOSX(10.8.2)/Xcode
I got sources from simtk website and trying to install opensim 3.0, hence simbody 3.0 first on Mac OS X 10.8.2 with the latest Xcode. I keep having the issues with searching/linking library: [ 11%] Building CXX object SimTKcommon/sharedTarget/CMakeFiles/SimTKcommon_d.dir/__/Polynomial/src/rpoly.cpp....

bone files from scanned data?
Hi. I am wondering if we can use our scanned/segmented skeleton data imported into an opensim model. Also, what are the formats of bone and geometry files? Thank you so much in advance!

preview data display scaling vs model scaling
I am having an issue to overlap the preview data and the model... The preview data appears to be super small compared to the the limb model, but scaling factor is close to 1 and even after adjusting model offset between the two, not much change is taking place...

Stanford VA upper extremity model
I am having an issue with using the model with our trc data created from vicon. The trc files looks fine, and I tried various offset for ground_thorax which is the only part connected to the ground in the model, but we still have an issue to get the right IK.

Java exception
<t>Hello. <br/> I am using a custom model which worked on opensim 1.9, but with 2.02 I always get a java exception error during IK process and it just stops. The error message I am getting is: <br/> <br/> <br/> java.lang.NullPointerException<br/> [catch] at org.opensim.view.motions.MotionsDB$1.run(M...

RE: how to create bone and geometry files
Thank you for your reply.
I will check to see how upper extremity model and wrist model are using those files. I will be back...

how to create bone and geometry files
Hi.
We are interested in making opensim models of chewing and tongue dynamics and we already have several scanned images of skeletons and muscle types and geometries. How can we make bone and geometry files from those data? Thank you!
