I checked the marker tracking weightings, they all were set to zero, I reset all of them. however now the Run button is disable, so there is no way to run IK.

I have alot of issues with opensim 3.1. I had non of those isuues with opensim 2.2.1 version, I checked the opensim website to download 2.2.1 version but I could not find it (only version 3.0 and 3.1). is any one knows a link has this version.

from your posted message I realized that you have run scaling, IK, Inverse dynamic, RRA, and CMC. I have some difficulties running RRA, it may be because of my grf.xml file. so my question is how you created your grf.xml file. did you use the existed one or create your own.
