Re: Toolbox not responding while it opens csv file
Hi, Marika. I'm sorry for late reply. :( Did you export the *.csv file in the same way that explained in the user's manual? If you make the *.csv file manually, there can be some mismatches between the header and the data. If you send me your *.csv via E-mail, I will check your file. :) (E-mail addr...

A notice for Lee-Son's toolbox 2.xx versions
Hi,
Lee-Son's toolbox 2.xx versions are currently beta versions, so we do not provide user's manual yet.
If you want VICON mocap data converter only, please click "List all previous releases" and download a 1.5x version with its user's manual.
Thanks,
SangJun Lee

Re: a question with the toolbox
Hi, Bingyi What kind of motion capture systems do you use? Currently this toolbox is only for the VICON motion capture system, which directly yields *.csv files. Actually, we are preparing another version of the toolbox for the Qualisys motion capture system, which yields *.tsv files, but I'm not su...

"1.#QNAN" in static optimization
Hi all, I'm doing static optimization for gait trials, but rarely, static optimization gives 1.#QNAN in a frame. (e.g. in the messages window, time = 2.74 Performance =0.379839 Constraint violation = 2.15358e-012 time = 2.75 Performance =0.370833 Constraint violation = 4.20757e-012 time = 2.76 Perfo...

"defaults" in xml files
Hi all,
I'm wondering the meaning of "defaults" in xml files.
(<Force name="default"> in actuator sets, <ControlLinear name="default"> in control constraints sets etc.)
What happens when I change these values?
Thanks,
Lee, Sang Jun

Re: Increasing muscle strengths
Hi, Edith. Thank you for your great answer. It was really helpful to me. I have some more questions. I think the increase of muscle strengths surely causes the decrease of the muscle activation, so I'm wondering whether absolute values of muscle activation results are reliable. And, according to you...
