hi
How can I perform a biceps tenodesis in the model?
For a tenotomy I can change the muspar value to 0.0001.
However do I do it for both the proximal part and the distal part?
Regards
Stefan

Re: Set zero activation to specific muscle
Hi,
you have to change the muspar settings in the *dsp file. Change the second value after Muspar to 0.0001.
I have done that for 2 SCI studies.

Kind regards,

Re: visualization of model
Dear Ayman, We found out that our proxy is most likely the problem. First we only saw an error (proxy received an invalid response) By adding the url http://127.0.0.1:8002/ threejs/editor/index.html to the proxy we are able to see the floor. Additional changes must be made to see the model. It works...

visualization of model
Dear all,
we just installed OpenSim 4.0.
When opening a model only the tiles of the floor are displayed, not the actual model.
I was not able to find a finite solution in the bugs or the forum.
Hope you can help.

Re: Problem with ground_torque
Hi Jimmy, I found your program very useful. Just the question if you do this calculation with the GRF (as from the forceplates) or with the reaction forces which are input Opensim. I happen to have another program and Tz is mirrored.... I can't find a lot of information on how Tz should look like. H...

Re: ID: double support phase and RRA: large mass adjustments
Dear James, dear Brian, I have looked into my scaling and my IK with someone using OpenSim for a longer time. I also checked the GRF and the COP. Nothing supsicious was found. With cleaning and filtering I can resolve part of the peaks during double support but not all of it. I happen to notice that...

Re: Previewing .mot files in OpenSim
Hi,
I'm using OpenSim version 3.1. I can preview the old *.mot files fine. Force vectors for both sides are drawn.
For the unique label *.mot file only the first set of forces is drawn; the ones without the prefix.
Am I missing something here?

ID: double support phase and RRA: large mass adjustments
Hello, I'm starting to use OpenSim for my research. I started to simulate normal gait of a healthy person. My scaling and IK are fine, although it can be improved. My question however concerns the ID as I wanted to compare the results to PlugIn Gait. The output shows noise/interference during the do...
