Hint for those who have problems installing the isualization tool in win7:
Does not work until bin/opensim.exe is set to be run as adminstrator

analyze tool vs. plot tool
<r>When I plot the joint moments of certain muscles over the joint angle I get results that seem OK. If I try to get the same results with the analyze tool with a predefined motion of the desired joint, my results seem quite strange.<br/> <br/> Ayman wrote in <URL url="https://simtk.org/forum/messag...

RE: model analysis
Hi Tim!
If you still need something like that I can send you some Matlab functions I wrote to Batch-Generate Analysis-setup files for a set of models and motions, runs Opensim and saves the results, and extracts the data into a Matlab structure.
Cheers R

RE: Batch creation of XML files
<t>Works quite well if all XML Tags are filled with values, but if there are empty tags in the template file 'xml_write' generates a special empty tag close delimiter, /> , as in the following :" <empty-element /> " which causes OpenSim (or as far as I tried the analyze.exe) to stop cooperation.<br/...

WrapObjects - changes don't save properly
I was editing muscles and their wrapping around objects (e.g. arm26 example).
I experienced that when i was saving the model the changes made here were not saved when I added objects. On the other hand they are saved when I was deleting a wrap object from a muscle.
