Maybe is the model DoF, you must add the rotations and translations to the ground - pelvis (root) joint, and if they are there maybe these are clamped. open the .osim in your xml editor..

It might be a problem with the region settings,you can define the muscles display in the edit>preferences, under the muscles diplay radius, try to change the , for a . or backwards the default value is .005

Yes, you can use the plot tool to see them, all the moments should be in the inverse dynamics results file (created after run the inverse dynamic solution), you can also see it in matlab or similars.

You can take a look in the library i think there is a model of the head and neck that actually includes the jaw joint.

Did you try to load external forces in the ik tool?, that would give you a reference if your .mot file is working. they should be a green vector of the forces in your movement.

The solution is somewhere in the forum, you need to change the properties of muscles visualization in
Edit -> Preferences -> Muscle Display Radius
a 0,005 value think will do ok.
