Re: GUI Behavior

Dear David, the fact that a field looked like selected even if never clicked was related to compatibility with MATLAB R2015. I have just noticed it. I fixed this issue by modifying the BOPSgui_OpeningFcn function. Now you can download an updated version of the tool from the develop branch at the Git...

Re: Error while settings in BOPSgui

Dear all,

I have fixed compatibility with MATLAB R2015 and made it available from the GitHub repository. Until the next release, you can dowload the updates from the develop branch (https://github.com/RehabEngGroup/OpenSi ... ee/develop).

Regards,
Alice

Re: Error while settings in BOPSgui

Dear Vishal, as we already discussed by email, this problem is related to compatibility with the MATLAB version R2015. I would like to let you all know that I'm working on this issue and I will release the updates as soon as possible on Github ( https://github.com/RehabEngGroup/OpenSimProcessingScri...

Re: GUI Behavior

Hi David, Thanks a lot for posting on the forum and for the suggestion. I will definitely add that line in the next release. I would have recommended to always use the 'Reset' button to clear settings from previous processing sessions. This button should reset all the user choices except for the inp...

Re: Queries regarding MOtoNMS

Dear Pouyan Mehryar, thank you for your appreciation for our toolbox. In the following are the answers to your questions: 1) I'm pleased to inform you that MOtoNMS does not use the maximum EMG peak from each muscle of all trials to normalize the data. Instead, you can easily refer to MOtoNMS User Ma...

Re: FP Coordinates

Dear Vishal, I'm sorry for the late answer in this Forum. As I have already replied to the email you sent me, for defining the coordinates of FP inside <FPtoGlobalRotations>, you must consider your laboratory global coordinate system. Rotations to OpenSim are automatically computed from the orientat...

Re: c3d to trc

You can also use MOtoNMS:

https://simtk.org/home/motonms/

Its Static Elaboration block works also without force data and for dynamic trials. You have just to add a joint center computation. Refer to the available User Manual (http://goo.gl/Ukrw5B) for more information.

Alice

Re: Using c3d toolbox

Dear Ran, you can try to use MOtoNMS, a recent software to convert C3D files into inputs for OpenSim, freely available from its simtk webpage: https://simtk.org/home/motonms/. It supports types 1 to 4 force plates. You can find all available tools at http://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8080/display...
