Questions on modelling
Good day, I've got a few questions on modelling. So the first one: is it possible to attach muscle to wrap body, so to say be able to move it via contraction of the muscle. Second, do you support elasticity of wrap bodies, so when a muscle go through a wrap thorus, could it's contraction change the ...

Re: Matlab scripting in Linux
Got the same problem. I think developers will soon release matlab scripts for linux platform (it was such a discussion on the forum, that this wrapping will be available in new version). But currently something that you can really do is to use C++ API. Also it's possible to convert this c++ code to ...

Re: Forward tool
Hi James,
But if activations are lower that 0, will it also suppress?
Best,
Alex

Forward tool
Good evening,
I have question, if my muscle activations that used for simulations over exceed borders [0,1] will opensim suppress them to this borders during simulations?
Best,
Alex

Re: Suppress output from Forward Tool?
Hi Brian,
Returning to your first question, I suppressed such output basically commenting code as "cout" in sources and recompiling opensim.
Maybe it can works for you.
Best,
Alex

API integration controlling
Good day,
Is it possible to change controls on each step of integration via Matlab API in Forward Dynamics?
So question is, can we control integration process?
Best regards,
Alex

Re: Request for params of arm26
Hi James, I've seen this and already tried this example models. Due to documentation - "Note that a slow-twitch ratio of "-1" can be entered for muscles whose ratio of slow- to fast-twitch fibers is unknown; the default ratio of 0.5 will be used for these muscles.", so my question was, can you provi...

Request for params of arm26
Good day,
Can you provide "ratio of slow twitch fibers in the muscle" parameters of arm26 model for metabolic costs calculation.
Best regards,
Alex Priamikov

Who can share upper limb model
Good evening,
I want to ask who can share upper limb model, or full model with arm muscles, where all mass and inertia properties are included. Also maybe some example settings xml and motion data?
Best regards,
Alex Priamikov

Re: Error in using CMC and ForwardTool in Upper limb model
I figure out that I don't have mass properties for my bodies, think the problem comes from this side.
