Re: Model calibration / fitting
I have tried several things and I believe it is not possible. I may have an idea but it would be easier with an internal OpenSim feature. This idea would be to have some coordinates set as 'Calibration only'. Only the static pose estimator would be allowed to set those coordinates. Once a model cali...

Model calibration / fitting
Hi, As far as I have understood, two steps are required to calibrate a model for a given subject for inverse kinematics/dynamics. First we need to scale the dimensions of the model to the subject dimensions and then set the model parameters and markers position to the experimental data. What are the...

RE: osim file documentation
<t>Hi Glen,<br/> Thanks for that. I am already using the package you are talking about. But the direct output of it is quite difficult to use properly. That's why I've got an additional function that reorganize things so that you have the same kind of architecture than the one you can see on the Ope...

RE: osim file documentation
Hi,
I intend to write a load_into_matlab function for the *.osim model.
I would like to know if you've stabilized the format of the *.osim model (and have a documentation?) now?
Thanks
