Thanks Brian.
I did it. Actually it was under the name of "Coordinates". But showed moment arms in time.

Biarticular muscle moment arm
Hi all, I am trying to find the moment arm of muscles around the knee joint. For a biarticular muscle like Rectus Femoris the moment arm depends on both knee and hip angle. How can I find the muscle moment arms in an experimental walking trial (marker data and GRF), where both hip and knee angles ar...

Re: RRA with knee adduction
Hi Peter,
I need a model with knee adduction angle. I do not think that there is any available model in open sim which has adduction angle. I am new to opensim and do not exactly know how I can add a DOF in frontal plane. Would you help me please?
Thanks.

Re: Unilateral inverse dynamics
Hi James and Ton again and thanks for the responses, What I understood is that I need to be careful when I want to use unilateral data for forward dynamics; however, I do not know what I should do if I want to use unilateral data for forward dynamics. Would you be more clear about the things that I ...

Re: Unilateral inverse dynamics
Thanks James and Ton, and sorry for my late response. James, Thanks for your help. I have one question: Why do you say that using the model of one limb results in poor estimation of joint moments? As long as we have GRF, we can have an estimate of dynamics of the leg we don't have the marker data fo...

Unilateral inverse dynamics
Hi all, In our lab, we mainly focus on knee osteoarthritis. Therefore, we have been collecting data only from the affected limb. To find the moments and forces on the knee, we have been using a custom code written in matlab, which uses Newtonian's equations. The good thing is that we start from the ...

Inverse dynamics
Hi all, I am a beginner with open sim and trying to do an Inverse Dynamic analysis. I used gait 2354 model. I have some questions: 1) It is usual that in biomechanic studies that the moments are expressed in joint coordinate system, which doesn't have perpendicular axis. In which coordinate system t...

Re: Lower limb model with knee abduction angle
Thanks for the help. Right now I am working on Inverse Dynamics (as I said, I am a beginner ). It will be finished soon and I will jump into the model editing and may need your help again.

Re: Lower limb model with knee abduction angle
Thanks for the response. Is it this simple? I mean isn't it needed to change some constraints, or other stuff? I was wondering I may have to change other things, too. I am saying this, because I was looking at the Lower Extremity Model 2010, located at: http://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8080/disp...

Lower limb model with knee abduction angle
Hi all, I am trying to model the knee and need to have a model which possesses abduction angle for the knee. Is there any lower extremity model available with this property? if not, how can I modify the existing models to add a degree of freedom to the knee in frontal plane? I am beginner with open ...
