Any possible follow up on this?
I understand it's August and there's a very high chance people are on vacation, but I'd really appreciate some help whenever it's convenient, since I'm still stuck on this...

Documentation website is down?
Greetings, I've been trying to reach the documentation website for the last couple of days but it seems to be down.. https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8443/display/OpenSim/OpenSim+Documentation (note: I tried to change the port number in the web address e.g. to 8080 but without success) Is there...

Re: Large activation levels in gluteus medius/minimus and soleus during gait.
Hi and thank you for the response. I searched relentlessly for something out-of-place with the female's scaled model and I can't seem to find anything wrong. The female's Pelvis is proportionally larger (anatomically, the female's Pelvis is wider, but the lab converter only does x=y=z scaling), but ...

Large activation levels in gluteus medius/minimus and soleus during gait.
Hello, I have a number of SO runs that originate from lab results from both a male and a female subject. During the SO runs, I generally see good results during the simulation (constraint violations under 1e-10 and performance numbers in the single digits). However, I noticed that in both subjects I...

Re: Which kinematics file to use for external loads in SO/CMC after running RRA?
That's precisely the info I was looking for, thank you! I'd never guess there was a recommendation to not use any kinematics file, because that sentence in the documentation is only present in the Inverse Dynamics' chapter . Since the field was there and it got red if I didn't choose any kinematics ...

Re: High frequency noise in SO results after RRA.
A little update, but I'm still going around in circles so some help would be greatly appreciated. I went to check the SO force file and the "transformedP" GRF values are there. It seems OpenSIM not only upscales the frequency from the 200Hz initial value to RRA's matching 1000Hz, but it also seems t...

Re: Which kinematics file to use for external loads in SO/CMC after running RRA?
Thank you Tom. I'm aware of that part of the documentation and I'm following it by using RRA to retrieve the kinematics for the SO run (i.e. in the SO's main settings window). My question here is what kinematics I should use in the external loads configuration, not the SO run itself. So to further e...

Which kinematics file to use for external loads in SO/CMC after running RRA?
Hello, I have a motion file originated from inverse kinematics (say "IK.mot"). I then run RRA and get "RRA_kinematics_q.sto", to use later in SO or CMC. Afterwards, I'm supposed to run SO using the "RRA_Kinematics_q.sto" in order to reduce the activation of residual actuators. However, when I'm edit...

Re: High frequency noise in SO results after RRA.
A little update. After studying the documentation again, I noticed I hadn't locked the MTP and subtalar angles for RRA. After this procedure in Test01, I got somewhat cleaner results in SO: Gait_Test01_locked_mtp_subtalar.png However, there's still a lot of noise. Since all the motion results from R...
