Re: Path length
Hi Dai, We do not have this information available currently in the GUI. If you look in the Paths folder, you will find a .pth file for the corresponding path. This has the 3d point locations in a readable .xml format. You can process this file and add together the linear distances between adjacent p...

Re: .vtp to .stl conversion
Hi Taehak,
If you give the filename the extension .step or .iges, it should write that file type. I just tested and that worked for me. Let me know if that doesn't work.
Thanks!

Re: about model and meshing
Hi Miyanaga,
Glad to hear it!
Do you think you (or your friend) could start a new thread with your question? Just so we can keep topics separated and organized?
Thanks!

Re: Simulation job host connect error
Hi Kyle,
Did you install SimVascular and svSolver as administrator? If not, I would try uninstalling, installing as administrator, and trying again.
Thanks!

Re: about model and meshing
Hi Miyanaga, The shape of the hole is determined by the shape of the inner surface (the bar). You will create a model with both your LAD and the bar. They don't intersect anywhere, but should be contained within one model. Make sure to convert all surfaces of the bar to wall surfaces. Then, add a ho...

Re: compiling on Windows
Hi Yan, We are actually in the process of updating the build system. If you don't need a compiled version of the source code, you can just download the binary here: https://simtk.org/frs/?group_id=188 If you would still like to compile, it is recommended to use a version of the source from a month o...

Re: model warning message
Thanks for the information Melody! I plan on revising the output of errors for the model creation section sometime soon, so I will keep this in mind. Are you able to create all the vessels individually with PolyData? Either in the lofted preview of the Segmentation panel or in the model creation sec...

Re: SimVascular crashes during segmentation
Okay, thanks for the information Melody. If you could keep track of when SimVascular is crashing that would be very helpful. Also, copy the output from the terminal and keep track of that as well.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: SimVascular crashes during segmentation
Hi Melody,
How often do these crashes occur? Any patterns you have seen with the crashing?
Also, it looks like you are using linux? Could you potentially try on a different OS and see if you see the same issue?
Thanks!
