Re: Muscle Length
Hello! James Dunne gave a solution regarding CMC warning. He told that " This issue can occur when a muscle is either very short or very long. The excitations that go the muscle produce almost no forces. So essentially the muscle is in a (very) bad part of its operating range." https://simtk.org/for...

Muscle Length
Hello!
I want to change muscle length in OpenSim. How can I change muscle length or which parameter should I need to change for muscle lengthening or shortening.
Thank you
Regards,
Hassan

Re: CMC warning
Emil Walczak !
Thank you for your reply. I checked force.sto file after running simulation. But, the force values in some point is 80000. Which seems not correct.
However, do you know how can I lengthen or shorten a muscle?
Regards,
Hassan

Re: Help request CMC
Please check the degree of freedom. You may lock some degree of freedom which are necessary for the simulation.
Thanks

CMC warning
Hello! I build a full body model by using both Samuel Hamner model (Muscle-actuated Simulation of Human Running) and Upper and Lower Body Model. I am trying to run CMC. I came to run CMC. But, only for Pectoralis muscles I got a warning in CMC which is CMC::controls warning-small force range for PEC...

toes shaking during CMC
Hi!
I am using gait2392 model for human rolling simulation. I want to know muscle power. In this regard, I am using CMC. During the CMC simulation, every thing looks good except toes. toes are shaking. Could any one please tell me what is the problem?
Thanks
Neshu
