I am installing the Opensim in Ubuntu system however while installing doxygen, it gets stopped at the message "Generating docs for compound SimTK::EllipticalPointContact..." I waited for nearly 3 hours but didn't move forward. What can I do? or is it normal for this process?

I am adding ligament in the model and it has muscle properties. I have the equation that describes viscoelastic property of ligament. I was wondering if there is easier way to incorporate this equation without touching the source code

I am new to Opensim and would like to know if I can utilize bvh file in Opensim model motion. As per my knowledge and research currently there are no tools developed for converting bvh file to mot file that I can implement directly.
