Dear dario
Thank you for your reply.
I am going to take a look into the upper extremity dymanic model.
Cheers
Yoann

Scapulothoracic joint model and muscles
Dear Opensim community, I am currently using the new Scapulothoracic joint model. I started to add muscles to this model (from the DELFT shoulder model). However when I try to perform static optimization (arm elevation in the scapular plane), some errors appear: The model appears unsuitable for stat...

Re: Joint reaction forces without external force measurement
Thank you very much for these remarks. Concerning the model, I forgot to mention that we have implemented the racket in our model. I agree that the estimated muscle forces are meaningless at the impact; that is why we often stop the analysis just before the impact. Concerning the no-dislocation cons...

Joint reaction forces without external force measurements
Dear Opensim users and developers, I would like to calculate the glenohumeral joint reaction forces during different type of tennis serves. To that aim I will use an opensim model (ground, thorax, clavicle, scapula, arm, forearm and hand) in which I have implemented a no-dislocation constraint of th...

Re: MuscleForceDirection plugin
Hi,
I used this plugin for the version 3.0 or 3.1 but I never tried with the version 3.2 of openSim

Re: Induced Acceleration Analysis (IAA) from static optimiza
Hello everyone,
finally I found the solution to run the IAA with external forces.
Nevertheless I still do not understand why I obtain 6 values for each muscle.
Any Idea ?
best regards
Yoann

Induced Acceleration Analysis (IAA) from static optimization
Good afternoon every one, I am currently trying to perform an Induced Acceleration Analysis (IAA) with opensim 3.2. Briefly I performed a static Optimization with an upperLimb model to know the muscle forces and activations during a lifting task. Now I would like to know the contribution of each mus...

Re: joint reaction analysis in C++
good afternoon,
Thank you for the reply, I have just found my mistake this morning. I should not have add a time column, because it was considered as an actuator force. But now everything is working perfectly.
best regards

joint reaction analysis in C++
Good morning every one, I am trying to compute the joint reaction analysis in C++ because I want to implement the results of this analysis as a constraint in the static optimization. Briefly I calculate the muscle force from the static optimisation (by importing an xml file), then I use them to calc...

developer guide for static optimization
Hello everyone,
I would like to perform static optimization by writting the code in C++.
However, I cannot find any tutorial for static optimization.
Does someone know if I can find an exemple anywhere?
best regards
