Can not export plotter data

I want to export the plotter data (right click on the plotter result, then left click "export data"), then an empty file will be created.
My OpenSim version is 3.1.
How can I export a file with plotter result data?

There is a sentence, "The default, unscaled version of these models represents a subject that is about 1.8 m tall and has a mass of 75.16 kg.", in the user guide.
How can I figure out the height only by the *.osim file?

I have a naive question. How to find one full-body model's height and weight?(for example, gait2354_simbody.osim) It seems that full-body weight can be calculated by sum all body parts' weight.
