Generate plots automatically

Hello, I’m struggling with the results of muscle analysis. The results of the moment generating capacity during a gait trail from a muscle analysis gives strange values and differ from the results of the moment generating capacity in a simple plot of the same trial. As the plot shows the correct val...

Re: OpenSim 3.0 on linux server

In addition: the first installation was build with SimTKlapack, however, that didn't work. That's why my colleague tried the MKL pack.

Kind regards,
Lode

Re: OpenSim 3.0 on linux server

Dear Ayman, we were aware of the path definitions in Linux, so they are correct. The necessary files are loaded without any problems. We installed Opensim 3.0 on Linux 64 bit, and it uses the intel MKL library. However when we run the same example (arm26) that runs successfully with opensim 3.0 on w...

Re: OpenSim 3.0 on linux server

Thanks for the advice! My colleague re-installed everything using OpenSim 3.0 and Simbody 3.0. The other 'junk' doesn't appear anymore, but we still get an error (see below). Nb: we are trying to do a static optimization of a normal gait trial. Like said before, with the same setup files, everything...

Re: CMC dont track ankle

Dear all, I seem the have the same problem. I have gait data of children with an abnormal gait pattern. In contrast with the previous post, I have problems with the tracking of the ankle_angle of the leg in swing phase. The IK and RRA procedures give good results. When looking at the results of the ...

Running simulations on a virtual machine on Mac OS

Hello, a student of mine is using a Mac OS with a virtual machine (Windows XP). She installed a Windows version of OpenSim on the virtual XP. It works fine, but there is one problem. When simulations (IK,..) are done, the model does not visualise the movement in the viewer when there is no interacti...
