Make sure you have the correct version of the CUDA sdk installed, you need version 2.2 or later. Also, make certain your graphics card is one of those that supports CUDA, this you can check on the nvidia website.

Effective salt concentration?
I was wondering, when running a simulation in Zephyr with the default settings, what is the effective salt concentration, monovelent, divalent? Is it possible to change these?

I have found that I can load the .gro file, and then load the .trr data into that. However, I was sure that I had been able to load the data into the original .pdb file at some point.

I just installed Zephyr, and the CUDA requirements on a WinXP 32 machine, I have an Nvidia Geforce GT240 and mine is also skipping back to the reference platform.
