Since I have scaled a foot model, how can I export it in e.g. 3D model data format (can be converted to obj, ply or xyz... )

Why after I installed OpenSim 3.2 64bit I find there is no muscle edit module and dialog (it indeed can be seen in OpenSim User guide!) ?
