Re: Previewing Data
Hi Haruki, You can view motion data and GRFs simultaneously by loading the motion and GRF data then holding the Ctrl button and clicking on both the GRF.mot and the motion data, then right click and select "sync. motions". They should both be displayed then when the motion is played. All the best John

Re: Landmarks on generic bones (problem in aligning a CT bone on the generic bone)
Hi Seyyed, All the geometries in OpenSim models are available in the directory specified under the "bodies>femur_r>display geometry" tree in the GUI. These can be in many formats such as .vtp but you can convert them to .stl file using (http://www.kitware.com/opensource/paraview.html). You can then ...

Re: issue with Gait 2392 marker placement
Sorry for the late reply Farzaneh, Have you weighted the marker's you're more confident in? Re: issue with Gait 2392 marker placement
Hi farzaneh, Can you describe the experimental marker set you are using? The markers should be in the same relative positions on the model as they were on the subject during collection of your motion data have you had a look at the videos on scaling? http://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8080/display...

Re: Extract Muscle Force Vectors (Lines of action)

I'm trying to implement the method described above by Ton so i've added the translation DoFs to the hip in the model file and asked Opensim to return the moment arms for various muscles around the hip, I am getting unit vectors back but they all hav...
