Re: Medical Device Classification?
Hi Logan, Thanks for the details. I am not an expert on all these regulations. OpenCap only provides raw kinematic data and no recommendations per se. Is there an argument to be made there? I am not aware of research groups having implemented OpenCap in clinical practice, but will let you know if I ...

try reprocessing the calibration file as well: https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap ... ons.py#L69

Re: Inconsistent kinematics results between trials
Hi Jasper, 1. It is not supported out of the box. I believe HRNet through MMPose is now supported on windows (it was not when we developed this code), but we have no instructions for using it. You could reprocess with OpenPose, but using a higher resolution: https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap-c...

Re: Camera synch issue
Hi, which OpenCap videos are you looking at? The raw videos are not synchronized, but we synchronize the data as part of our algorithms and write back synchronized videos. It is possible that there is still a little delay if the algorithm did not work perfectly. Is the OpenSim data looking good? Ple...

Re: Medical Device Classification?
Hi Logan, I don't know the rules in the UK but OpenCap has been used in similar study designs here at Stanford and our IRB has not classified as a medical device or medicinal product (as far as I am aware). Re: Kinetic analysis withMTP = False and errors
Hi,
I think that's an old feature that is no longer supported I will open an issue to fix that. I doubt you would get better results with no MTP. I added the MTP after finding that it gave me better simulations: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/artic ... ne.0256311
Best,
Antoine

Re: Subject Tag
Hey, yeah it is a new feature. It does not affect the algorithms. We will consider adding Spinal Cord Injury to the list, thanks. Antoine

Re: Export .csv file with kinematic data for CMJs
Hey,
If you download the data from the web application, you have all the .mot files in the downloaded folder.
We cannot do it for you, but we can help you get the script to work. Could you describe the errors you are receiving?
Thanks,
Antoine
