Re: Capturing subject
Hey,
The subject does not need to be within the camera view before starting a capture. You can focus the cameras where the actual jump is taking place.
Best,
Antoine

Re: Cannot find musculoskeletal forces
Hi Yury,
We posted the code to generate muscle-driven simulations and obtain dynamics.
You can find some examples here: https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap ... inetics.py
We will continue adding documentation and examples in the coming weeks.
Best,
Antoine

Re: Stitched view
Hey,
That would be great yes! No plans to implement that in the near future, but that is part of the long term vision.
The code is open-source if anyone wants to give it a try: https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/opencap-core

Re: Knee valgus, endo/exo-rotation
Hi Finn, We are not planning to update the lower-extremity model in the near future. However, as you mentioned, you could reprocess your data locally with a more expressive model (eg, a model with more degrees of freedom for the knee joint). The OpenCap source code is posted here: https://github.com...

Re: Not receiving verification code
Hi, I'm guessing your email address is not right in our database. Could you contact us through the contact form (https://www.opencap.ai/#contact) using the email address you used to create an account ? I will compare that address with the one we have in our database and adjust it if necessary.

Re: Issues reaching Step 5
There are two main reasons that might cause this problem: 1. The participant effectively did not stand still for more than 0.1 seconds causing the algorithm to fail 2. The calibration went wrong; likely because the verification of the calibration images was wrong (we are working on automating this p...
