Re: not enough force platforms

I have kinetic information from 2 force platforms however, I dont have the 3rd force platform so I am missing some force data. Static optimization uses Actuators and External Loads so I thought that by changing the RRA_actuators parameters (FX, FY, FZ, MX, MY, MZ) it maybe possible to compensate for...

Re: not enough force platforms

Hi,

Thank you for your response!

Can we manipulate the RRA actuators (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My and Mz) so the model does not fail where there is no external force??

Is there any solution for this problem???

not enough force platforms

Hello, In order for the static optimization and CMC to run successfully I believe we require having at least 3 force platforms so we could implement the external force from the stance phase of the limb on the second platform, What if we only have 1 or 2 force platform? how can we have the proper ext...

specific questions on MOtoNMS

Thank you for your previous response to my questions. I have more detailed questions about MOtoNMS. 1) After executing dynamic elaboration, MOtoNMS generates two .mat file in the EMGs folder named as emg.mat and EMGsSelectedEnvelope in which emg.mat consists of normenv.mat. To the best of my underst...

Queries regarding MOtoNMS

I would like to thank you for developing a great toolbox. I have a few queries that I would really appreciate it if you be able to answer please. 1) One of the input quantities required for running CEINMS simulation is muscle excitations which are simply the normalized linear envelope of EMG experim...

queries regarding CEINMS and MOtoNMS

Firstly I would like to thank you for all your effort to develop CEINMS toolbox and make it available for research purposes. We have conducted motion capture and EMG experiment from two healthy subjects. EMG data from 12 upper knee muscles were captured (gmax, gmed, sartorious, vastus lateralis, vas...
