After running inverse dynamics tool I can only plot joint moments? How to obtain joint contact force e.g. Knee joint force etc.?

How to use Opensim to calculate the moment arm of a particular muscle around a joint of interest?

I got the muscle forces plot for squatting activity and I also have the experimental EMG output while performing same squatting activity whose output is in milivolts (mV). So how do I compare these 2 plots which are in newton and milivolts?

Can we get the report output of plots generated through simulations? Or we have to note down the values at all the instants manually?

How may I know the full form of the muscles simulated through Opensim as I am from mechanical engg. background.?

Is anyone else is using CMC for calculating muscle forces while squatting? I am unable to find literature related to it to compare my CMC results with it. I am attaching few plots. Please help.

Even though head markers are at correct position why lumbar is distorted after scaling? Refer the image.
