Thanks John,
I knew about this paper but I was not sure because they had reported Anteversion 12 (degree)for the Rajagopal model.
Also Arnold et al 2001( https://doi.org/10.1114/1.1355277 ) used 20 (degree) in their un-deformed model.
Cheers

MuscleAnalysis vs Static Optimization
Hi, I wanted to know that how MuscleAnalysis in Analyze Tool calculate muscle forces ? and it seems that MuscleAnalysis is insensitive to the Static Optimization Controls as an input and it doesn't matter that I introduce Static Optimization Controls during muscle analysis calculations or not, am I ...

Scaling in Matlab
Hi, I have written a code in Matlab to scale a model and then run IK and ID. The code worked with OpenSim 3.3 and Matlab R2014 perfectly. Now I've switched to OpenSim 4.0 and Matlab R2018b and when I run the code I receive the following error during the scaling. line in the code ScTool.getModelScale...

Re: Edit External Load File in OpenSim 4.0
Hi, Thanks for your response and sorry for delay. I should say the red small error sign will show up after loading GRF setup in Inverse dynamic and clicking on edit button in OpenSim 4.0. Attached you will find three screenshots of problem. First picture is about running GRF setup in OpenSim 3.3, se...

Edit External Load File in OpenSim 4.0
Hi, Many thanks for OpenSim 4.0. I've started to use OpenSim 4.0 recently. I have an external load file ( GRF Setup) but there is an error on that (Kinematics path not exist anymore ) in OpenSim 3.3 after loading external setup file (GERF Setup) I could open edit dialog window, edit the path and the...

Re: running ScaletOOL API
Well, I am not sure if it is the reason because 1 ) I ran the code for gait2392_simbody.osim or Gait2354_Simbody\OutputReference\subject01_simbody.osim with their static.trc and markerset file ( or mine) I get following error ava exception occurred: java.lang.RuntimeException: InverseKinematicsSolve...
