Re: Solution won't stabilize
Thank You for your response. This pressure is the inlet pressure (we are applying flow as the inlet BC), but we are using an RCR outflow boundary condition. If I plug our flow directly into an RCR circuit (with the same RCR values), we see convergence in 2 cycles. This is a good point though. It nev...

Solution won't stabilize
Hello - We are having issues getting a periodic solution. When we tried the simulation with our own code, the solution reached a periodic waveform within 3 cycles. However, SimVasc appears to need up to 7 or 8 cycles (the attached image shows the first 4 cycles of increasing pressure). This seems li...

Graphics card does not support WebGL
Hello, For some reason, OpenSim says that my graphics card does not support WebGL. I have the NVIDIA Quadro M2200, which says that it includes WebGL. I also just downloaded the latest drivers and rebooted, but the problem persists. Please let me know if there is something else I could try. Thank You...

Re: svpost-bin.exe has stopped working
Hi Justin,
Thanks for your response. Is there documentation on running postsolver through the command line in Linux? The documentation I see on the website has some info for the solver, but nothing for the postsolver.
Thanks,
Vitaly

Re: svpost-bin.exe has stopped working
Hi Justin,
I am running the postsolver using the GUI in Windows. Is there a way to do what you suggested there?
Thanks,
Vitaly

svpost-bin.exe has stopped working
Hello, We ran a simulation with 50000 time steps (restart files each 1000 time steps) on 128 processors, but can't seem to post-process it. It always stops at the same point while saying "results have been converted" and "no mesh face directory exists": Done reading (vin plane traction) results : C:...

Re: Number of coupled surfaces > MAXSURF
Hi Hongzhi, We have successfully recompiled the source code with MAXSURF = 300 in common_c.h and global.h. The code seems to be running without issues on a cluster. However, when testing the cylinder example on the site, it appears that running with 4 processors takes a lot longer than running on 1....

Re: Number of coupled surfaces > MAXSURF
Hi Hongzhi, Ok, thanks for letting me know. I've been keeping a close eye out for the new release. I've been asking the cluster managers to hold off on installation, but hope to meet with them next week. They have considerably more experience than me with this kind of thing, so I'm hoping they will ...
