Hi Nathan, Thanks for your response. I was attempting to compile from source and I couldn't find many of the required packages mentioned on the website (http://simvascular.github.io/docsCompile.html) in the YUM package manager. I have been trying to install SimVascular on CentOS 7 and have been having some issues. There appear to be many required libraries that are not available in the yum repository. I was wondering if anyone had performed this installation before and could provide some advice?
