Re: Muscle Analysis
Hi, I'm getting the same error for the same problematic on musculoskeletal model using the scapulothoracic joint. SimTK Exception thrown at SimbodyMatterSubsystem.cpp1090 Error detected by Simbody method SimbodyMatterSubsystemmultiplyBySystemJacobianTranspose() The supplied spatial forces vector had...

Re: Analyze Tool Exception
I've found my mistake to run the analyze tool. I finally added external forces .mot and runned inverse dynamics. Plus, I removed this part of the .xml setup file of analyze. <ControllerSet name="Controllers"> <objects> <ControlSetController> <objects/> <groups/> </ControlSetController> </objects> </...

Re: Analyze Tool Exception
Hello Julian, Thank you for your reply. I saw it in the Tutorial page that they use a CMC result to compute special features. Since I don't have any force plates involved in my trial, I can't perform CMC. Moreover, I think moment arms are more or less a geometrical problem so inverse kinematic data ...

Analyze Tool Exception
Hi, I'm trying to launch the analyze tool from Matlab on a new model I built. I only want to compute the moment arm from an inverse kinematic file "_ik.mot". So i wrote the following xml file : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <OpenSimDocument Version="3000"> <AnalyzeTool name="SA06BM_T0S_R1_m...

Xml_writeOSIM.m and muscles
Hello, I'm editing an OSIM model trough Matlab 2016b using the Matlab function Xml_writeOSIM.m . The muscles Pathpoints are composed of three types of Points : PathPoint, MovingPathPoint or ConditionalPathPoint. When i'm rewriting a model trough the function the order of the points is changed. And t...

SynthMTU and Errors from Hybrid mode Static Optimization
Hello, I'm currently trying to synthesize some MTU (hallux flexor and extensor) in a problem with flexion-extension of the ankle and the knee. Everything works well in open-loop mode and hybrid mode without any muscle synthesized. I'm writing these muscles in the execution configuration files : <syn...
