marker weight
Hello, in order to see what is the influence of marker weight, I Have done an Inverse kinematics with a simple model. I choose different marker weight values but I have the same result. I Want to exactly know what is the role of marker weight in the least square problem? I ask that because of the sa...

Re: CMC and static optimisation
hi,
OK, I get it.I will do it with actuators. Thanks.

Re: CMC and static optimisation
Thanks for your help. So there is not a muscle parameter that I can increase in order to have best results with forward dynamic without actuators contributions?

CMC and static optimisation
hello, recently I worked on static optimisation in order to perform a forward dynamic, But the activations that I get doesn't give the solution that I expected. So I have use the CMC to have good solution with the forward dynamic. In the user help, the reason is that when the muscles is weak, we hav...

Re: marker weight
thanks a lot, Colin.
So if I understand quite well, I need to do some iterative process during inverse kinematics in order to find the better marker weight?
thanks for your help.

marker weight
hello,
I have been performing an inverse kinematics and I need to know how to choose the marker weight for the bodies. do someone know how to do that?

Re: muscle contact forces
thanks jim, your answer is very helpful. I Have a specific movement. So I Will use static optimization to find muscle forces and activations. Now, I want to know the relation between Inverse kinematics, Inverse Dynamics and Forward dynamics? I think that we need motion from IK tools to perform Inver...

Re: muscle contact forces
Ok. I will try to be clear enough.
Supposing that a muscle is fixed for example with a ground and a body.
how can I determine the force that muscles will apply to body and ground during the body movement?
do you think that inverse dynamics can deal with that? if not how can I do that? Thanks.
