CMC Warning
Hi there, I'm calculating muscle forces with CMC tool, and error occurs. Muscle forces at specific time cannot be calculated. ================================================================== CMC::computeControls WARNING- small force range for per_long_r (0 to 0) CMC::computeControls WARNING- small...

Inverse Kinematics Error
Hi, I am now using IK Tool to calculate joint kinematics. During calculation, motions of all the segments are correct except pelvis. The relative positions of markers to the model keep the same as set. I have checked coordinates data with 'preview experimental data', and the coordinates data was fin...

Problem of Imputing Motion Data
Now I am trying to use IK tool to calculate joint kinematics. After loading the motion data (marker), the motion went wrong. The experimental data has been previewed in OpenSim before inverse kinematics, and everything seems fine. What is more, during model scaling progress, the marker data cannot d...

Unexpected results in Inverse Dynamics
Hi, After checking the results from ID, it is found that there was unexpected joint moment in swing phase. What is more, the joint moment in flexion-extension direction on hip joint was much larger than expected. I have inspected the GRF data, and there was no error with GRF data. What might be the c...

ID results problem
Hi there,
When I try to do the ID calculation, I could get different results with using the totally same setting and input data. What could be the probable cause of this?
Any advice would be helpful.
Regards.

CMC runing error
Hi there, When I tried to run CMC tool with RRA results, the tool failed running. And the messages can be found as " Optimizer failed: Ipopt: Maximum iterations exceeded (status -1) OPTIMIZATION FAILED... CMC.computeControls: ERROR- Optimizer could not find a solution. Unable to find a feasible solu...

Re: Experimental Data Preview problem
The points of application must be specified in meters. The magnitudes of the values in your "ground_force_px", "ground_force_py", "ground_force_pz", "1_ground_force_px", "1_ground_force_py", and "1_ground_force_pz" columns are too large to be visible in the View window without a lot of zooming/pann...

Re: Experimental Data Preview problem
I have also compared the components of these two files. The only thing different is the pattern of ground reaction moments. It isn't clear how this would be possible if the only differences are the values in the columns corresponding to moments. There are several possible explanations (incorrect he...

Re: Experimental Data Preview problem
Perhaps try previewing Models/Gait2354_Simbody/subject01_walk1_grf.mot. If that works, you can compare with your file to hopefully identify the issue. Thanks for your reply. I have tried the example file, and it did work. I have also compared the components of these two files. The only thing differ...

Experimental Data Preview problem
Hi there,
When I try to preview the external load data, there's nothing shown in the screen but the axis. I have checked the data file, the headings are fine. What can be the cause of this problem?
Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!
