Thank you for your response James.
The results of all three functions have been resampled for this figure. This was done using the interp1 function in matlab, with the 'pchip' setting which is a shape-preserving piecewise cubic interpolation.

Julian

RRA kinematics
Hi there I have plotted a comparison of the kinematics for IK vs RRA vs CMC. I see a phase shift in the kinematics produced by RRA. Also, the kinematics from RRA is subsequently fed into CMC, but the CMC matched IK better than RRA. Can anyone offer any insight as to why RRA has this phase shift arou...

Locking joints and filtering kinematics
Hi there I am attempting to run through my pipeline with locked joints and I am not succeeding. I have successfully run without the joints locked and I am curious to see how it will affect my results if I lock the mtp and subtalar joints. However, I simply cannot get RRA or CMC to run with the joint...

Re: Error message
Problem solved - It was an issue with normalization of data.

Error message
Hi there I am getting an error message "WARNING! Wrong excitation data provided for muscle..." I looked at my file directories in the setup files and they all look correct. I looked at the data in the emg file and it also appears to look right. I am rerunning some CEINMS calibration and execution wi...

Re: Large and Increasing FY value in RRA
Hi James Thank you for your response. Just a bit more background. There are 7 trials per session (1 static and 6 dynamic). I scale a model using the static trial per session. The scaling is very similar between session 1 and 2. The scaling errors are low for both sessions. But only session 2 appears...

Large and Increasing FY value in RRA
I have written a script to run through an OpenSim pipeline for a number of subjects, with two sessions per subjects (8 weeks apart). I am getting high FY values for RRA, but only in the second session for each subject. It seems really strange! I have compared the force plate forces across sessions, ...

RRA adjusted model
Hi there
I am using one trial to get an RRA adjusted model with the redistributed weight, however when I use that model for the same subject in different trials from the same session it doesn't appear to improve my RRA results at all. This seems strange to me, is this not typical?
Thanks,
Julian

EMG designation in Acquisition file
Hi
My question relates to the designation of EMG's to specific channel ID's in the Acquisition file. If this is wrong does it have consequences anywhere else down the line? I realised mine was wrong, changed it but it appears that my changes have had no effect.
Thank you for your help
