Dear Jim,
Figured it out and the issue was rather silly
The elastic foundation force stiffness wasnt scaled in proportion enough. Had to be raised til around 1e+020 to see some effect visually
Thanks for your help
Best Regards

Re: Contact Force not acting
Dear Jim, PFA The entire code I was wondering if it could be a geometry problem? The exact model worked fine when the dimensions of the CAD file were not scaled I mean to say I scaled the geometries on CAD to 100 times smaller to make it in tune with the opensim anatomy geometries for later use Than...

Format for .mot file for marker motion
Hello, I am trying to define a motion to my markers for static optimisation or maybe later CMC however my .mot file wont load and there seems to be a problem with the header I cannot find the problem, what should be the format for defining the marker coordinates? also I have 3 markers but need to de...

Contact Force not acting
Hello, I have a model with two air tight contact mesh`s and an elastic foundation contact force defined between them, however the force is not acting and the parts just pass through each other I have used mesh and contact forces before without any issues, however I cant find my bug here I tried chan...

Do you have an update on how you solved this?
Thanks in advance

Arm26 using Matlab
Hello, I am trying to model the arm26 model using Matlab However I got only as far as adding the humerus as the first body and just trying to run this with any kind of joint makes my opensim crash When I tried custom joint it kept giving me error invalid parent body- ground Any other joint type, cra...
