Re: Mocap data to mot files? (SimTrack?)
Thank you Tom I went through the Tools, but unfortunately, none of those actually runs properly. Sometimes there isn't any info regarding Matlab version (several Matlab errors occur), or a readme file to guide you on how to perform the operation. Is there someone who tried those tools recently, usin...

Compile and install OpenSim 4.0
Hi
I tried to compile and install Opensim version 4.0. It seems that in the install directory (opensim_install\bin) opensim.exe is missing. I haven't seen any error during compilation.
Anyone else experiencing the same?
Thanks
George

Mocap data to mot files? (SimTrack?)
Hi, I have read in several sources, that by using SimTrack, one can generate dynamic simulations of movement from motion capture data. May I ask where SimTrack resides in OpenSim? I can see this plugin installed, but I can't find any guide on how to invoke and use SimTrack. Also, is StimTrack the on...

Scaling based on height
Hi,
Is there a way to scale the model by only adjusting the height parameter? Will I still need to use markers to perform this?
Thanks

Hi Aaron,
Actually I did yes! Would you like the recipe?

Re: Tracking Marker Coordinates
Hi,
I tried to run on the 2354 model with some markers on. Unfortunately, the distance to the ground is not correct. When standing, the body should be ~ 1.8m, but it shows 1.12m.
Why is this inaccurate?
Thanks

Plotting bodies
Hi,
I'm trying to plot particular body parts, such as the skull using model Gait2392. It seems that coordinates are missing from [Select Motion Quantity]. Is there another way to get the 3D coordinates of skull, or is it hidden with a different name in [Select Motion Quantity]?
Thanks
George

Re: Falling simulation
Thanks, I have a last question: how can I expand platform size? It seems that <scale_factors> have no effect.
