Hi Adam, Thank you for your help. I'm having some trouble when doing the segmentation: my computer crashes. I think it might be because the Vti file im working with has 790 frames. Initially it was 79 frames on a DICOM file, but I havent been able to open it since the error (ERROR: No magnitude imag...

Adjusting the Size of the Probe
Hi everyone,
Im constructing some geometries on simvascular, but when I try to do a Level set segmentation the intensity probe is too small to capture the entire vessel.
Does anyone know how could I adjust the size?
