Query on UpperLowerBody
Hi, I was just looking into the UpperLowerBody.osim file. 1. In this particular model their are multiple "body" available , however they are mass, inertia are zero. Can you kindly tell me what is the use of it ? Those body set has also "CoordinateSet" specified ? 2. what is the use of "Constraint se...

Staic optimization and EMG
Hi,
The muscle activation pattern I am getting from opensim is reversed that of the EMG result. What could be then possible reason. Kindly help me. I am using myo EMG band. For opensim activation 1 means full contraction.

Re: Static optimization result
Hi sorry for the error. However this is our experimnetal data. Where the subject stand on his left leg. However for tib_post_r muscle I am getting some flat activation during that single limb standing. Is this result is OK. I don't have EMG data.

Static optimization result
Hi I am doing a Single limb stand (left leg) exercise where the participants first stance in double support and then single limb standing and then after some time double limb support. I am posting the muscle activation of " Tibialis Anterior Right " , where during the Single limb stand this particul...

Re: Static optimization
This is a Single Limb standing (SLS) exercise, where the participants first stand on double leg and then after some time doing (SLS) and again then double limb stand.I imagine this is a gait.

Re: Static optimization
Can we expect that Inverse Kinematics results and these moments/force values generated from Static Optimization is comparable or same ?These columns correspond to the moments for these joints. It is a force analysis so the data is either a force or a moment.

Re: Static optimization
Hi, 1. I am attaching "StaticOptimization_force.xls" file. I have deleted few columns because of size. Kindly look into the FX,FY,FZ, MX,MY,MZ and see that it is in acceptable range or not. Otherwise what I should do ? 2. From these "StaticOptimization_force.xls" after the muscle column file we get ...
Re: RRA
Hi Tom thanks. I have tried increasing the force of Residual actuators but opensim stops much earlier. I need some more help. Kindly clarify. 1. In the model .osim file we have "optimal_force" which is always '1' for all the muscle , is this is some standard for normal human being ? 2. Here in the m...
Re: RRA
As the log file size is big that's why I have deleted few line. Otherwise I was not able to attach it.
